Italinox has chosen Stimasoft
Since the last year, Stimasoft launched a program dedicated to all medium and large companies that wants to draw attention to the benefits of IT applications, especially during times of crisis. Italinox is one of the companies that have fully understood these benefits and decided to use them the maximum. "Through this application, our partners from ItalInox wanted first the tracking in real-time of the cash flow and the generation of summary reports on status of payments and receivables. Implementing a computer application of such a wide scope was primarily a challenge for us but also a chance of realizing the advantages that online applications and outsourcing present during situations of crisis, "said Ionut Taranu, CEO of Stimasoft.
The application is divided into 7 modules that include: Customer Management, Billing Management, Payment Management, Payment Distribution, User and Alerts Administration and especially Reports Analysis.
Italinox is the biggest importer of the full range of stainless steel products for industrial use but also dedicated to small consumers. The company has 5 distribution centers in major cities in Romania, centers that interact with over 10,000 customers, distributors and suppliers. Due to the high number of daily interaction, the billing and recovery of loans department of the company is impressive from the point of view of the simultaneous processing volume, which sometimes generates redundant information, loss of information and the impossibility of real time tracking of the economic situation. Addressing this issue was one of the main objectives submitted to the specialists of Stimasoft, which generated a standardized management of receivables, accessible online, which represents the basis of the realization of recovering debts and generate reports.
The novelty this application brings is mainly represented by the reports analysis and alerts administration. The variety of reports to be generated is virtually unlimited, given that data which can be chosen to be highlighted as well as the periods of time are 100% customizable. You can compare developments, trends and also synthetic or dynamic indicators. The application includes the whole range of economic and financial but allows generation of new formulas, depending on the data (existing) in the system. These new formulas, once generated, are automatically assimilated into the system and can still be used as standard elements of the application.
The application was developed using Microsoft technologies, for a period of 6 months by a team of 5 Stimasoft specialists assisted by a testing team of 2 quality assurance specialists from Stimasoft and 2 of the client.
Stimasoft aims to accelerate the campaign of awareness of the benefits that IT can provide to various companies, especially during crisis situations.
